Cartoons

Cartoons are amazing. Not only are they the 'funnies' in a magazine or newspaper and not only are they afternoon entertainment for the young, but they are the means to expressing emotions and styles to effect any place, any time. Consider, for example, movies like Ice age that appeal to old and young. Cartoons can be used in any media, in any way from printed to digital media, anything from advertising, entertainment to logos or a local flyer.

They are instantly identifiable and are incredibly adaptable to suit and need. How many times haven't you opened a serious and intimidating book only to find yourself flicking though the chapters just to get to the next cartoon to make you smile?

I have divided my images into separate styles in order to illustrate the versatility of cartoons.
